History: General Vulture was born and raised in Isafaro and was drafted to the Isafaro military at the age of eighteen as all young recruits. He passed basic training and became a well trained and capable soldier. Rising through the ranks of Isafaro's military until he was eventually elected by his comrades to lead the army itself. Once an opportunity presented itself, General Vulture had the former country's leader, Alan Po, assassinated on charges of treason and took over as the leader of the Isafaro nation. Approving a research development division for genetic experiments and enhancing their technology further to make them one of the most dangerous city-states on Jherra.
General Vulture now looks to the tower for a new opportunity. One where he could control the vast many worlds that have now been opened to them thanks to the tower. He wishes to invade and entrap these new worlds to spread Isafaro throughout the universe and become even stronger.
