He tasted the blood when he was near death and became an immortal vampire slaughtering and creating many familiars and vampires to spread his curse. Further through the years Val Templar would disappear time and time again. But his hunger for power would never be sated. He reemerged as Val Templar and took part in the Moon Valley election and became its mayor. Learning of the demonic seal to the Nether World that existed beneath City Hall. He now resides in Moon Valley's City Hall with his assistant Sarah looking towards the tower and the many entities that wishes to unleash hell on Jenesis.
